This Privacy Policy describes how PYFi ("the Extension") handles your information when you use our browser extension, available on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
Web content: When you use PYFi's right-click features, the text or content you have selected on a webpage is sent to an external AI API (Anthropic Claude) solely to generate a response to your query. This content is processed in real time and is not stored by PYFi.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage information (such as country of origin, feature usage frequency) to improve the Extension and offer relevant promotions. This data does not identify you personally.
Data is used exclusively to provide and improve the core functionality of PYFi. We do not sell, transfer, or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the AI processing service (Anthropic Claude API).
We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Selected web content sent to the AI API is not retained by PYFi after your query is processed. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for up to 12 months.
PYFi uses the Anthropic Claude API to process your queries. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with your use of PYFi.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
